ABOUT THE SHOW

The “National City Stars of Ballet and Broadway” benefit performances are the culmination of Music Hall's year-round dance education program. This program provides premium training AT NO COST for Detroit’s talented youth and continues Detroit's long-standing legacy of producing the world's greatest performers. Also, “National City Stars of Ballet and Broadway” links communities across Southeast Michigan by bringing all demographics together, changing lives through the universal language of DANCE.

Star performers from across the globe unite in support of “National City Stars of Ballet and Broadway". These renowned artists join Music Hall to offer hundreds of children and young adults free auditions, coaching and master classes. The young aspiring performers are feature as "future stars of ballet and Broadway" and join the Stars in the benefit performances April 18-19, 2008.
